Project Brief :

Located in the western suburb of Mt Roskill, the developer asked Ghostpaper- studio to develop two spacious units for their own use and additionally develop
4 units for renting purposes. Each of the units have a generous living dining kitch- en in an open plan configuration. The first floor has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms share a toilet while the master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
