He is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of client computer systems, servers, and data security systems.

He manages all servers, network equipment, other IT-related infrastructure and customization of client operating systems, email servers, firewalls, and internet. He also addresses IT related issues promptly to ensure that the project team has the needed IT infrastructure to present the project deliverables on time. He leads the IT team and ensures the project team does face any technical issues throughout their working hours.
